THE BOY WITHOUT A NAME

Well, this is my first entry on 2017, and i wish that everyone could be better in this year :)

now, i’m going to make a review about children literature (as my assignment actually :D)

children literature is one of the subject in literature class (finally I become literature student ^^)

hopefully this is useful for everyone, okay, here is it, check this out!!!

Before reading the story

                From the title “the boy without a name”, makes the reader curious about the story. perhaps it seems weird when we found someone without a name. What could be someone without his/ her name. In fact, we find a boy without a name in this story. The title makes this story to be interesting to read because the reader will be curious about the boy.

After reading the story

               As the title of this short story "the boy without a name" this story tells about a boy who has no name because a wise man come to his parent  and told them that the baby should not be given a name and his parent approved it. So, the parent called him "Benaam" ( I thought it was also a name probably --") which means "nameless" in the language of that country. The conflict of this story began when the boy had grown up and asking about his name. He wonder that why everybody has a name whereas he has no name since a baby, so He and his friend tried to looked for his name by asking the wise man. At the beginning of the story  thought that there will be many conflicts that is faced by the boy, but in fact the story has a flat conflict (in fact, this is a children literature :D). The story ended when the boy and his friend could find a name for the boy and they not only got a name for the boy, but also the dreams for their future from the wise man. the characters of the boy in this story built the story to be interesting for children. it taught children to be struggle and has a big effort in every situation because the boy seek and eventually finds his own name and he is able to discard an old dream for a new one and wonderful one. overall, this story is good for children because children can learn many thing from this story.
